Nathan is the founder and owner of Momentas. With twenty years of construction experience, he is a leader in the ultra-luxury residential market, specializing in large-scale, complex projects.
Momentas was created to set a new standard in the field. Skilled and detailed workmanship, innovative solutions, and the ability to realize a client’s vision are defining features. Yet it's an emphasis on cultivating collaborative relationships and one-on-one attention with our clients and their design team that sets Momentas apart.
Nathan has painstakingly built his team with the best in the field to execute each job seamlessly, yet maintains a personal commitment to ensure each project's success. He received his Bachelors of Science in Civil Environment Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
Jeff Abikzer
Project Manager & Estimator
Handling all estimating and procurement, Jeff's responsibilities include submittals, product orders, change orders, and bid review and analysis. He ensures each product specified is the product intended, confirming quantities and dimensions based on drawings, specs, and feedback from the field. When products needs sourcing, he is adept at tracking them down. Jeff works closely with our vendors to verify accuracy and timely arrival of orders and coordinates deliveries to each job site.
With over twenty years of experience in window treatments and shower doors, Jeff also provides specialized expertise on specific projects for glazing as well as shade and curtain details.
Jonathan Stow
Project Manager & Millwork Coordinator
With over two and a half decades of experience, Jonathan brings a wealth of expertise to his role as project manager and millwork coordinator. He oversees some of Momentas' largest projects, coordinating and managing all work performed, to ensure exceptional quality and seamless execution.
As Millwork Coordinator, Jonathan is responsible for all engineering, purchasing, cabinetry specifications, and oversight of cabinet makers and installers. As a seasoned millworker with twenty years of experience, he also designs and creates much of Momentas’ privately commissioned custom furniture and cabinetry.
Jonathan earned his Bachelors of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida.
Davita Ouellette (née Robinson)
Project Manager
Davita has been in the Manhattan high-end construction industry since 2004. With a unique background which includes project management for music production, Davita specializes in managing expansive project budgets with detailed schedules and client-relations. Davita has worked on numerous high-profile projects over the years and has managed many townhouse projects throughout the West Village, including a Momentas townhouse project on Jane Street.
Davita received her Bachelors of Arts in Communication from The Ohio State University.
Billy Loos
Site Supervisor
Entering the construction field more than 30 years ago, Billy brings a wealth of experience to each project he oversees. Having spent nineteen of those years in a supervisory role, Billy is adept at coordinating all aspects of a project with architects, engineers, clients, subcontractors, vendors to ensure seamless execution by his team. This includes reviews, approvals, samples, meetings, walkthroughs, inspections, and utility tie-ins.
For each of his projects, Billy creates a grid system on-site to ensure accuracy and to assist with visualization for his team and the design partners. These marked and labeled lines are maintained throughout the various construction phases. With years of hands-on experience, Billy is also a skilled carpenter, draftsman, and painter.
Billy attended the Dana School of Music at Youngstown State University in Youngstown, OH.
Reynold Ramnarine
Site Supervisor
Reynold originally hails from Trinidad where he studied mathematics and chemistry. This also is where Reynold started as an assistant carpenter, which eventually lead to his work as a finish carpenter, followed by a carpentry foreman on a large townhouse project. Moving to the US and progressing quickly through the ranks, Reynold worked his way up to construction supervisor for a Manhattan-based general contractor in 1996. Reynold brings to Momentas his master carpentry skills, masonry expertise, and vast knowledge of building structure.
Reynold has supervised various townhouse and apartment projects throughout Manhattan and has successfully completed projects in logistically challenging buildings.
Jason DePaolis
Site Supervisor
Jason is responsible for managing ongoing repairs and overseeing projects. With an extensive range of skills and firsthand experience, he is adept at troubleshooting and implementing custom solutions for all jobs, big and small. Earning the trust of our clients with his quality of workmanship and excellent rapport, he helps to maintain seamless, continued operation of their home.
Entering the construction business at age thirteen, Jason began his career building post and beam homes and log cabins in Vermont. As an Air Force veteran, Jason traveled the country before settling in New York. A man of many talents, Jason is also a cinematographer, musician and actor.
